I bought this bike a couple months ago while almost 6 months pregnant and have been using it practically everyday since. I wanted to start an exercise routine that would get my heart rate up, tone up my legs, but was also easy on the back. I am still on one of the lower tension settings and have been able to work up a sweat and feel a good muscle pain afterwards, and I am excited that I still have a lot more tension to work with. It took nothing at all to put together, my husband had it together in about 30 minutes and I started using it immediately. The main reason I bought this particular bike was the folding-up feature, that is my favorite part! And as soon as I am done, I can fold it up and stick it in the corner of my bedroom..completely out of the way. Even after the baby is born, I plan on using this bike as my main exercise routine. I feel it gives me the same workout I was used to with doing step aerobics, as long as you add your own floor exercises with it. And how great to be able to watch tv or listen to music all while exercising to really keep you going!
