I started spinning last year in Iraq. The bikes used there were old and some even broken. I was still able to enjoy spinning and lost 30lbs. The Spinner Sport is not only one of the cheapest bikes out there, but it's one of the best to me. It arrived on time and it was super easy to assemble. I recommend to all! I love it!
