I have had this bike for a few weeks and I love it. It is quiet and I really feel like I have exercised when I am done on it. I can sit and watch TV and exercise in relative comfort. I do arm curls with small dumbells while I ride. I recommend this to anyone who wants to exercise at home without spending a fortune.

We ordered the folding recumbent bike so we can take it with us when we travel in our RV. I'm used to either biking or an indoor exercise bike and was a little concerned this might be a waste of money. NOT! Both my husband and I have tried it out and it works just great for an inexpensive portable workout. It's very quiet, and works so well it made me wonder why we have such a fancy one in the bedroom. It's perfect for what we want it for, which is about 40 minutes of indoor exercising every other day while on the road. It will take more time to see how well it holds up, but so far I give it a FIVE rating.
