unless your a superior biker and you want lots of bells and whistles this is how you should spend your money. this bike is just what the doctors told me to do to strenghten my knees without hurting my back. there is more than enough tension settings.i would never be able to do #8 for twenty minutes. it is very quiet and very simple to assemble. great value.
